NEW 2018 : Just Being Human Counselling was asked to Support a Coventry Born Singer Sandra Godley to build her Choir. The Choir was made up from people who had suffered either Physical or Mental Health Issues. The Choir named Choir-Ability will perform their song on the BBC One Show as part of the celebrations for this year's Royal Wedding of Prince Henry of Wales (Harry) and Meghan Markle. Due to Prince Harry's conviction to support people suffering from Mental Health issues through the Charity 'Head Space'. I was honoured to be asked to be the Independent Counsellor on site providing re-focussing and grounding techniques to enable individuals applying to be in the Choir, get through their audition. Exceptionally Inspiring event.
The Choir will sing on the BBC One Show on May 17th 2018 at 7pm.
Our focus is to support individuals along lifes journey. Using a mixture of Person Centred, CBT and Humanistic Counselling methods to enable clients to become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, being non judgemental, warm and customising Counselling sessions to meet the very different needs of each client.
Also using the learning styles of each client to maximise the retention of newly learnt skills and tools in Counselling to cope with life's journey.
Just Being Human will be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
To get started send an email enquiry, text or call to arrange a free 20 minute consultation.
The consultation is so that you can walk through the process of finding our Counselling rooms, experience where your appointments will take place and seeing if you connect well with me as your Counsellor.
After this you will be able to book your weekly Counselling appointments.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Life can often become extremely busy. We can loose who we actually are by taking on many roles. Through Counselling you can reconnect with your authentic self. By presenting your world with your authentic self you will be able to gain more robust and true connections. This brings much positivity and more enjoyment to life.
